We love soccer! The kids both have really great coaches this year! I'll tell you what, I've learned that boys' soccer and girls' soccer are very different. The boys run into each other on the field and they hit each other for doing a good job. On the other hand, the girls are so polite and always do their best not to get dirty. The boys are kicking shin guards as often as they are kicking the ball while the girls hesitate before kicking the ball just in case somebody else is getting ready to kick it too. It is hilarious to compare the two.
So even though the sun is bright and hot, the bugs are plentiful and annoying and my car smells like sweat every Saturday, it is still a pretty good life when you are a soccer mom!
