My favorite Recipe was invented many years ago when Jj and I were in high school. We loved these huge chocolate cookies that were in the vending machines at school. However, they were so expensive...50 cents! We decided to try to make some at home. This is what we came up with...
Not Quite Grandma's Chocolate~Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 Cup oil
Mix together and then add A LOT of Chocolate Chips!
I'm not kidding, add the entire bag!
~Side Note~
Jj likes semi-sweet chocolate chips and I like milk chocolate. Either one works. I've even used white or mint chocolate chips before.
Drop in spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Now you bake them on 350 for about 8 minutes. Every oven is different so watch them closely and when they start to crack on top, they are done. Take them out and leave them on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Then transfer to a wire wrack to cool.
