I really need a dose of sunshine about now!
This is my crazy little Jet after swimming lessons last year. It was actually pretty cold that day. (But nothing like today...Brrrr!) I love this pic because he is wearing "gargles" on his head. He refused to call them by their proper name. It nearly drove me crazy. And wouldn't you know it...by the end of the summer we were all calling them gargles! I got some crazy looks when we would be leaving the pool and I would yell, "Jet, did you remember your gargles?" Ah, well. What can you do.
The reason I decided to post this pic is because it is freezing today! Yesterday felt like SPRING to me. It was so warm and I could smell the grass and the wet soil. If a person could manage to bottle that smell, I'm sure they'd make a lot of money!
I guess the weather was just teasing me though because this morning I woke up to a snow storm!
I would give anything to be at the city pool talking to Michelle and laughing at our crazy boys as they splash in the water. I really miss the feeling of the sun on my skin. I wish SPRING would get here followed close behind by SUMMER! (And when summer does come, I'll most likely dedicate a blog post to how much I hate being hot all of the time!)

You are too cute Marion. I am so ready for Spring. Not really summer because I cannot stand it being TOOOOO hot. But I do love swimming. maybe we will have to do a camping trip close to a lake so our kids and others can swim.
I've only read the first page of this but oh my gosh, you are a CUTE mom! (not that I didn't already know that) Hehe, I also saw Bev's page. Oh my mom will be SO excited to see how your families are doing.
Glad to hear about the temporary custody of Timberlyn AND that Brady didn't have to be deployed!! Great news all around :)
Me too. I can't wait for the tulips and dafodils to pop up. I just love spring and summer.
You know that when we are sitting around talking at the pool, we will be complaining about the heat. Can't wait!
