Our Family
My little brother, Isaac, surprised us with tickets to the last session of conference. It was fun to watch my kids when the prophet entered the room. They adore him. When President Monson stood to speak a hush came over the room. He truly is God's oracle upon the earth.
Isaac, Jet, Mom, Lexa, Rebecca.
Brady was driving my mom's minivan, which is a miracle considering his self diagnosed allergy to minivans. It has the camera that turns on when you are in reverse. Pretty cool if you ask me.
Lexa didn't stop smiling the entire day. She would have been happy to stay in SLC forever. She was fascinated with all of the people. I guess I have a city girl on my hands. Jet had his shirt untucked for most of the day. He also insisted on wearing his brown and black hiking shoes because we had to walk a few blocks to the parking garage. Silly boy.
Overall, a great day. Hope tomorrow goes as well!

How neat. Seth and I want to go to conference as a family when Danni is of age. We are totally excited. Seth is also wanting to take all the boys to their first priesthood session there. I want to take danni also anyways you get the idea. HOW fun. I would be smiling as Lexi was if I was her age. I think Lexi and I are alot alike. Love people no matter how many and enjoy the conference.
I am glad also for your brother to go. I know the hardships they have been going through. Your mom seems to be beaming in the picture.
How fun!
What a fun day, you're so lucky. But I just have to ask, did Brady get a new suit? Cuz I thought you really really loved the green one!
So funny that Michelle commented on Brady's suit because that was the first thing I noticed too. :)
I love that family picture.
Girls, That green suit drives me crazy!! And when I forced him to buy 2 new suits, he even tried to get a second green one!! It's a good thing I decided to stay and supervise!
I'm so excited that you guys got to go to conference! Is this the first time you've been? I was able to hit almost every session a few years ago when my old singles ward worked "security". Basically they gave me a wand thingy and had me frisk all of the old people who had metal hip replacements. I learned way more about some people than anyone other than their doctors should know.
